A few steps are required to activate the Home Charging Reimbursement Service:
- Contact the responsible fleet manager of the respective employer.
- The fleet manager invites the driver to the Home Charging Reimbursement Service Registration Portal.
- The driver enters the following data and sends it for approval to the fleet manager (via registration portal): Location & EVSE-ID (unique identification number) of private wallbox, work price and PDF of private electricity contract, private bank account details.
- Once the fleet manager reviews the data entry of the driver and approves.
- The Home Charging Reimbursement Service is activated immediately. The whole process can take less than one business day. The duration only depends on the availability of the fleet manager and the driver to complete the abovementioned steps.
