Once the driver leaves the company, the Fuel & Charge card should be deactivated/canceled. If so, the Home Charging Reimbursement Service for this card will be deactivated automatically. If the Fuel & Charge card will not be deactivated, the Home Charging Reimbursement Service must be cancelled by the fleet manager manually. Nevertheless, as the Fuel & Charge card should be handed in by the driver to the employer when leaving the company, no new CDRs (Charge Detail Record) for this specific match of EVSE-ID and Fuel & Charge card number should occur.
