What does the status of a charge point in the app mean?

  • Updated
  • Available (green)
    This charge point should be available for you. You can approach it for charging.
     
  • Currently Reserved (red)
    This charge point is currently reserved by another EV driver. You cannot charge there until it’s free again.
     
  • Occupied (red)
    Another vehicle is charging there at the moment. You can wait until they are finished or look for another charge point nearby.
     
  • Out of Service (grey)
    This charge point has technical problems and is currently out of order.. You cannot charge there.
     
  • Status Unknown (black)
    We do not have any status information about this charge point. You can approach it and it may be available for use. Otherwise please choose another charge point nearby.
